For Brokerages
& Brokers

Last updated 05/17/2026

CRE Radar is built to support the brokerage community. Not compete with it.

Commercial real estate runs on relationships and local expertise. CRE Radar is a monitoring tool, not a marketplace, and we designed it from the start to keep brokers and brokerages visible, credited, and in control of their listings.

What we actually do

CRE Radar monitors publicly available commercial listing pages across brokerage websites, aggregators, landlord pages, and public portals. When a new listing appears or an existing one changes, we send an alert to the professional who set up that filter.

We don't host listings. We don't publish a public marketplace. We don't redirect client relationships. We're a workflow tool that helps commercial real estate professionals stay current on a fragmented market, faster than manual checking allows.

Every listing CRE Radar monitors is already publicly visible on your website. We surface it to subscribers, then send them directly to you.

How every listing is displayed

Every listing card in CRE Radar is built around three commitments to source attribution:

  • Brokerage branding: The source brokerage name and logo appear on every listing card. Your brand stays visible throughout the workflow.
  • Clear source labelling: Every card shows exactly where the listing came from, the brokerage site, aggregator, or portal it originated on.
  • Direct link to original: Every listing links directly back to the original listing page on your website. Traffic goes to you, not to us.

What CRE Radar is not

We know commercial real estate professionals are protective of their data and their client relationships, and rightly so. Here's what we are not building:

  • A public marketplace that competes with brokerage websites for traffic or leads
  • A listing aggregator that strips attribution and presents listings as our own
  • A tool that accesses gated systems, private MLS data, or anything not publicly visible
  • A platform that redirects client relationships or captures leads on your behalf
  • A replacement for CoStar, Spacelist, or any existing platform brokers rely on

What this means for your brokerage

  • Additional visibility: Your listings are surfaced to active commercial real estate professionals monitoring the market.
  • Direct traffic: Every alert drives qualified traffic back to your original listing page. We send traffic to you, not away from you.
  • Full attribution: Your brokerage brand appears on every card. You are credited as the source, not anonymised.
  • Market coverage for your team: Brokers at your firm can use CRE Radar to monitor the full market, not just their own listings.
  • No cost to you: Inclusion is free. CRE Radar monitors publicly available listings as a service to the market, there is no charge to brokerages for appearing in our platform.

Questions or concerns?

If you have questions about how CRE Radar handles your listings, or if you'd like to discuss a brokerage arrangement, we'd welcome the conversation. CRE Radar was built by a licensed commercial agent who works in this market every day. We understand the concerns, and we're happy to talk through them directly.
