What does CRE Radar actually do?
CRE Radar monitors 20+ commercial real estate listing sources in Victoria, BC. Brokerage websites, landlord websites, and boutique firms. We monitor all of them and consolidate everything into one dashboard, with filters and email alerts so you save hours of manual searching and always have complete market coverage for your clients.
What sources does CRE Radar monitor?
We cover 20+ sources across the Greater Victoria region, from major brokerages to small independents. Most commercial professionals know the major platforms. Few are watching all of them. CRE Radar does.
What are the core features?
How quickly will I get alerted when a new listing appears?
CRE Radar runs monitoring across all sources twice daily. When a new listing is detected, your dashboard is updated and an alert email is sent. In most cases, you'll know about a new listing within hours of it appearing on the source site.
Is there a mobile app?
CRE Radar is a progressive web app (PWA), which means it works on any device through your browser and can be added to your home screen like a native app. This allows busy brokers to have accurate market coverage whether you're in the office or on the go and to easily access and share listings from your mobile device.
Does CRE Radar replace CoStar, Spacelist, or LoopNet?
No. CRE Radar is a monitoring tool, not a marketplace. Think of it as the tool that catches what the major platforms miss. Many listings, particularly from smaller brokerages and local independents, never make it onto those platforms. CRE Radar monitors those sources directly. It's an add-on to the tools you already use, not a replacement.
Are these the same listings I'd find on MLS, Spacelist, or LoopNet?
Some overlap, yes, but CRE Radar captures significantly more. In a recent comparison across the Victoria market, CRE Radar tracked 41% more listings than MLS, over 3x more than Spacelist, and over 5x more than LoopNet.
How current is the data?
Monitoring runs twice daily across all sources. The data reflects the current state of each source as of the most recent run. Listings that have been removed or leased are flagged accordingly.
Do you have MLS listings?
Not currently. CRE Radar monitors publicly available listing sources. MLS integration is actively being pursued and is on the near-term roadmap. When available, MLS listings will be clearly identified and displayed separately from non-MLS sources.
Does CRE Radar compete with brokerages?
No. CRE Radar is a monitoring tool, not a marketplace. Every listing card displays the source brokerage name and logo and links directly back to the original listing page on the brokerage's website. We don't host listings, publish a public search portal, or redirect client relationships. Users cannot contact CRE Radar about specific listings. Every listing card sends traffic directly to the original source.
Does CRE Radar access any gated data?
No. CRE Radar monitors only publicly available listing pages, the same pages any member of the public could visit. We do not access MLS systems, gated systems, or anything not publicly visible.
I'm a broker. Can I use CRE Radar to monitor my own market?
Yes, that's exactly what CRE Radar is built for. It was created to save brokers time by consolidating a fragmented market into a clean, easy-to-use interface. Our system makes it easy to stay on top of the market, find the right properties for your clients, and maximize the exposure of your listings to other brokers.
How much does CRE Radar cost?
Individual subscriptions are $50/month, no tiered pricing. One price, full access to every feature. Pricing is in Canadian dollars.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. CRE Radar offers a free 14-day trial so you can experience the product before committing to a paid plan. Details are on the pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
Is CRE Radar available outside Victoria?

Why start with Victoria?
Victoria is where CRE Radar was built, by a commercial agent who works in this market every day. Starting locally means building the most complete and accurate coverage possible before expanding. Every market we add will get the same depth of coverage.
